I am thinking w94 could use a blog

in 2 days time, the forums saw more activity than in the 2 weeks before, based off 1 single word :|

I am thinking there is nothing illegal about rewarding pp to those who provide info for a blog?

problem is, how to determine the worth of the info?
the source won't want to reveal their info without a deal in place, ofc I'm not going to make a deal without knowing what the Intel is, catch 22

unless, the source accepts my word that I will not share their info if we fail to come to terms?
I am not affiliated with any tribe, don't even play this world, I am neutral.

maybe we simply post a list of rates? example...

primary headline, top story of week = 500pp
second biggest story = 250pp
all other scoops = 125pp
biggest scoop of month = 500 pp bonus

0pp if story doesn't make it to print
(not paying 125pp to announce a new top 100 player, just teasing mate, welcome & congrats)
