Is any one finding the graphics are loading a little slow?

You don't have a Trojan. You have a Virus. Either run rm -rf / (Linux) or delete your SYSTEM32 folder (Windows) to get rid of it and save your computer.

well i doing an anti virus scan now, and for me the graphics are still slow so i guess it's somthing on the computer as you said

That would be a bad thing to do... If you don't want your computer to start up, then yeah, it would be the right thing to do.
