They came from Casino and a smaller tribe to the southeast of them. Casino broke up when pro and Powers warred them, and SPQ is one of the larger of the refugee tribes.

I was nearby these guys when SPQ formed. Yup, most of them are from =BPA=, not sure if they left and made their own tribe due to a war with NoFear (which probably changed or merged to another tribe since they're gone too). Some came from the *Dark* family. Correct me if I'm wrong.

You forgot that there's DRK, DRK3, and DRK4 that may have went to SPQ.
But yeah, ex-DRK2 went together as a team.

SPQ formed after =BPA= refused to accept members in K96 in fear of pRo.
