Yes and we have had and continued to do that, though when your own Duke was the issue thats when you take matters in your own hands, yes we could have gotten the other duke to rip him of his power and kick him to, though that may bring some corruption and some people may question, us making this new tribe is the players that is fine and loyal to the true leaders and do wish to go far.

Sounds like an excuse to make your own tribe.

I doubt it would bring up any corruption seeing as 30+ members agreed with you obviously. Mind to explain why koopa was so bad?

well from what I heard is koopa-troopa was backstabbed by a merging baron into the tribe

New Leadership was brought in to try help [PMS]. This new leadership then wants to get stuff done, wants to remove the players who do not do simplest things. It is hard what happened to Koopa, but it wasn't a intentional plot to bring down PMS, the leadership that was being undermined just decided to leave. At the end of the day, if everything was hunky dory two thirds of the tribe wouldn't have followed.

thing with leadership is that if there is a problem identified you need to deal with it instantly, there is no time for calling a meeting about shit that doesn't need several opinions - identify problem - remove problem - continue as normal it matters not of a players size, if they are not active for example, 1k or 100k or 1 mil, kick them and take their villages

Koopa was the duke aswell, in fact i believe the original duke before the merge.

So if they had kicked him then THAT would have been a backstab.

They merged, it did not work, so they left, there is nothing wrong with that.

How so?
If it had been 1 of the original tribes leaving then sure
But it was a combination of both tribes that merged, so not exactly biased to their original tribe are they?..

If majority of the tribe wants a new Duke then the old steps down
If it was the case of only having 1 person with Duke privs and he didn't step down then sure leave
But they could have demoted him with majority of the tribe siding with that nothing could have been said again because it was a combination of both original tribes members not just original C2 or PMS members over throwing the others

Its just nubs being nubs tbh
