1 Year playing experience. Looking for tribe in K81

I've been playing this game on and off for the past 3 years and have at least a year of experience playing tribal wars.
I'm looking for a good, active tribe that I can depend on to make this game exiting with wars and such.
As I have started again yesterday in W30 I'm still very low in points and troops but that will all change with time given.

I have one question though.
Is the church mechanic a big game changer?
I have played in world 10 and 25 iirc.

I suggest starting on w46 if you would like a world with similar settings yet no church. Starting this late in a world does not give you much of a shot.

the church doesn't change much if you use it right. If you don't then it changes everything
