A Bug of scouts

I have a very annoying bug at the moment, my lvl 3 scouts seem to only be scouting at a lvl 2 standard. They are from the village [k76].

You need a percentage of scouts to return to get full report.

I no, it seems to be working now was odd though, befor when it didnt work i attacked with 350scouts vs 50 and i scouted everything a lvl two scout would.
