...and then we see this, four days later: Chess/Gentle declaration on NERD. Some call this opportunistic, some call it smart - I call it betrayel of agreements. If someone agrees to a ceasefire on both sides, you don't openly declare war 4 days afterwards - especially after saying there will be no war.
We also look at Sasuke's old recruitment policies.. W25 - Defending Mass Recruitment, yet here he constantly attempts to belittle NERD for doing the exact same.
...We then move on to Sasuke's trustworthiness, or lack thereof:

..now, if we look at Sasuke's profile it states the following: "Looking for a permanent co-player. Mail me with your online times if you're interested." This would evidently show he doesn't have a co-player and was lying. (Note: He also told me over Skype he has never had a co-player, but as it was said when I was on my iPhone I can't get it. He can deny it if he so wishes.) The following is a chat where Roadkyl (leader of SCUM) added him:

When I saw this, I thought - wow, is this the kind of person we want leading the most powerful tribe on the world? Is this the kind of person we want diplomacy with? Is this the kind of person we want to just let do what he wants? The answer to all three was simple - no.

Hello Warriors,
I have 3 short and quick tasks for you all to complete. I will address them directly and give the reasoning for it soon. These are all vital in our build up to the action we will take part in. Here they are:
1) Friends List
It is important I see who is online and when for many reasons. It also allows me to monitor who is participating in account sitting/support requests, when possible and when not. For those who don't know how to add me/somebody, look at the top row of your screen where it shows "Premium Ranking Tribe" etc then do the following;
Click "Friends" -- Near the bottom it says "Add friend". Enter "Sasuke Uzumakii" then press "Ok".
2) Skype Chat
Again, same reasoning as the above but this one is more important. We will actively and quickly need to communicate as a whole. Currently there's 33 people in the tribes' skype chat. I want to see that increase significantly over the next few days guys (and ladies

Let's note a few things:
- His members think he is terrible, yet he leaves them in the tribe.
- His members don't like him as a person, yet he leaves them in the tribe.
- His members don't like him as a leader, yet he leaves them in the tribe.
- He doesn't read mails from his members.
This leads me back to this from World 25:

We then go back to the Chess / Ginger NAP. Firstly, let's look at how highly Sasuke respects his agreements:

So, not only does he break agreements and do nothing about it - he doesn't even remember them. Not exactly someone I want to be in relations with. If we then look at how the talks proceeded:

You will note the following:
- He made agreements prior to a NAP. Once a NAP is being arranged, he doesn't want to stick by the agreements - showing he had no intention of keeping them in the first place (as shown before).
- You will note he now says he can't stop his members growing in their original continent, yet before he was perfectly fine with it. Another thing showing he had no intention of keeping his agreements.
- He says it'd be wrong to stop his members growing, yet, before, he was perfectly fine with it.
- He was fine with people not being allowed to noble from outside to inside K46, but now we want to make it official - he doesn't want it.
- He clearly shows he has no intention of keeping the agreements, saying that if they were already broken and no new ones were agreed then that was that.
...and just because I can:

^_^ Funnily enough a lot of his members have been expanding into K46. Hell, even Whisker Fish - someone on the West of K45, nobled into K46.

Now, let's have a look at Chess, as a tribe. Let's not only focus on their leader.
If we look at the tribe changes of Chess, you'll note this number: 260
^ Now, Chess are a pre-made. Let's have a look at the tribe changes of Ginger: 268. Only 8 more, for a tribe that a) Isn't pre-made and b) Does not have as tight recruitment as Chess claims they have.
This would show that Chess really isn't entitled to all this hype and eliteness that they once had. They have had a total of 45 new recruits in the month of June alone. Again, this looks like a bit of a flashback to World 25...no? Compare that with Ginger - 12 new recruits. Hell, let's even compare it with NERD who Sasuke constantly says mass-recruit - 54 new recuits. So, if 54 new recruits is mass recruiting, then what is 45, hmm?
...We then look at their approach to inactivity:

But of course! These guys are in the top 40 in Chess, so we wouldn't want them to be dismissed now would we? No, of course not, because then Chess loss ranking points :icon_eek:

..Here he clearly tells his members to finish their target and then get trains and nukes ready. However, let's look at their conquer list:

15 conquers in 2 days, which is 3 days after he sent out that circular, so their targets at that time should certainly be finished. So, now it is clear that:
- Sasuke's members don't like him or think he's a good leader. But hell, they have points - so he keeps them in the tribe.
- His members are inactive. But hell, they have points - so he keeps them in the tribe.
- His members can't follow basic orders. But hell, they have points - so he keeps them in the tribe.
