That tribe to the east of you (I forget their name) was stupid. They should have taken us out as soon as we got nobles but they didn't a very dumb move and now we've sorta began to dominate the rim.

Pretty much all of it can be translated for GIMP. All of the basics for sigs are still the same whether you are using GIMP or PS.

Everything is free on the internet. But really, GIMP can do anything that photoshop can, you just need to find out all the little tips and tricks first.
