Alkali was formed to allow all members in the core area a place to go to after everything is sorted. Once all the mindless wars are over for dominance of the core alkali will be there to unite everyone, then we can start expanding outwards 
Requirments:
-A long term point of view, you have to be sure that you will be playing for a long time as our goals are long term
-Good sense of leadership as the tribe still needs to pick up the pace
-2k points at least, if your in the core and don't have 2k points by now, your doing something wrong.
-Like to see some OD, not that big of a deal right now.
