I am new. VERYYYYYYYYYY new. All I have to work with so far is paint, and tinypic.com.
I find images on tinypic, and edit them on tinypic. I'm a sig nub.

Any FREE sites that will help me?
I don't care about downloads, just has to be free.

This is just a thread for help, when I get started I will start a showcase and get criticized, and make it better.

Hmm. Question. This is a family computer.
We have 3 names to choose from.
If I Download it on one personal desktop (name), then will it show on the others?

i am not sure, i had a similar problem cus my mum didn;t want me downloading stuff so i had to download it every time then delete.... try it and see.... It will be similar to other prgrams
