Unsure if others like the awards or not.
I think that they do add to the game.

However it would be nice to see more of them added to older worlds with settings to match the age of the world. They could become daily or monthly awards:

While supporting other villages, 100.000 of your units died an honorable death!

Continent scorer could change for older worlds & have it based on number of villages you noble in a set time.

As its an old world not many K's will change hands.

There are loads of options they could pick that would regain interest in older worlds.

I did notice that in W8 they do use some awards that are not used here looking at the profile from Jazz.
