Back after 3+ years

I used to be apart of -WE- (w7), APOC (w17) and Eagles (w23) and also had large holdings on w18 and over 500 villages on either w31 or w33 (got bored as everything around me was grey and nearest enemy was 100 hours away)..It seems as though much has changed in the 3 years..When were flags introduced?

Itll take you a while to get adjusted to new style of play...i came back about a year ago and i was pretty amazed at how much they changed stuff in the year and a half i was away...can't imagine all the stuff that's been introduced in the last 3 years that you weren't a part of...
