how many days before their villages turn into barbs?

They don't turn into barbs as long as they're banned.
EDIT: Or so I thought. Apparently there's also something about appeal time..

you'd like it if you were banned wrongfully, and then they found you of no wrong doing...

I understand that, but it is indefinite, so far as I was able to gather. After a month of being banned, you'd think they'd turn into barbs.

Eventually you do turn barb if you are banned. after your time of appeal is up or something like that. But your premium also has to run out for you to go barb as well even if u are banned
