no, unless its an abandoned barbs. so in other words natural barbs not previously owned by a player are not religious

some are religious some arent, its their own choice in the end

I'm pritteh sure Celts were religious. Infact, If you played 'Age of Empires' there is a religion called Morse - which is quite similar to the ideas of barbarian villages in tribalwars.
