Are basher tribes officially allowed? How does it make sense to have a tribe whose sole purpose is to give you villages in the late game when multi accounts are not allowed? Seems like it gives an unfair advantage. Why not just allow tribes to have more max players if the alternative is a bunch of hidden subjects?

I'm specifically talking about world 132 right now, where the top 20 tribes is like back 1 back 2 back 3 back 4 back 5. Whats the point of tribe limits if they aren't enforced?

There have been family tribes for as long as there has been Tribal Wars. Family tribes operate no differently than very close alliances - quite a few times family tribes have split apart and actually went to war with each other.
