Look top left.

Beneath the thread/forum directory you are in you should see "User CP". This is your User Control Panel. If you click on this, it should take you to a new screen with various options. On the left hand side under "Settings & Options" you should see an option to "Edit signature".

Once in there you can either upload your own via TW and put [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC] in the text box, or go to an independent image hosting site and copy the link of your signature from the hosted site, putting
