Question Bot Protection

Right now, i am unable to play because the "Bot Protection" image only loads 1/4th of the image and i can't see the words/letters to type in.
Any help?

I had this same problem. Kaspersky anti-virus was causing it. It's a pain to turn it off and back on again.
