Move uk speed back onto net and hire dedicated mods to run the servers.

Let's get some fun back into this game.

This idea is rejected because:

We are planning to reopen speed soon (that much I can already confirm), but we are first sorting out other issues before we focus on reopening speed, which will need most of our attention during the first few rounds.

Thanks for your idea however.
