Early Sunday morning Europe will make the transition to winter time. This means at 03:00 server time the hour will move back to 02:00.
If you send an attack at 00:30, with a duration of 2 hours, it will arrive at 02:30.
If you send an attack at 01:30, with a duration of 2 hours, it will also arrive at 02:30.
The game will not give any indication as to whether the hit time is summer time or winter time.
Please be aware of this when planning your attacks.
