If you find wasting nobles on barbarian villages, having your farms nobled, not being able to attack ~90% of the world fun then there is something wrong!!

I find the fact that no one has the warlord award past level 2 kinda fun. I'm about to get that to level 3 and then soon after to level 4 on this casual world. Would be nice to see it increased from 120% to 150% though...I can't attack anyone right now in my area...
