Before you apply for the COLL ask yourself these simple questions.

- Am I a team player?
- Am I an active player?
- Will I benefit the tribe?
- Do I want to succeed?

That is pretty harsh guys!
We were all in small tribes and were small players at one stage!
I still am a small player really! :icon_redface:
