Well you start by not have everyone join the same exact minute. Followed by maybe waitng 2-3 days after the world starts to join. i am not an expert but that is how I would do it. hope that helps!

It was kind of weird how it worked out, not really a premade tribe just a couple guys in the tribe who played to join together and good recruitment ended up in a pretty good spread.
