Rejected Default acc manager

So first add the build farm level at x% pop left to the default am builds.

Next I'm sure someone said it before but the res building build for am is stupid broken. Builds farm 1 and wh 1 after pits 30. This is awful for new players as it is the top one and probably what a lot of people set first

Not sure if these need seperate suggestions as they both are about default AM builds

The first suggestion is not detailed enough, the second one is barely a suggestion and rather a complaint. Therefore rejected.
