Never heard of them" Having tribes that dominate one K and recruit anyone from anywhere on the map with points to pat their stats. Exp/Exp-v are back and Nutz are in existance. Cant think of anything else off the top of my head.

All they care about is your ability to noble inactive and quitting players. Provided you are a nobling machine and can quickly produce nukes ywevis will probably accept you

That's easy. Generally all you need is lots of nobles, they also encourage 12154 point villages.
