- Be Experienced
- Be Brutal
- Have a very high troop count
- Be dominant in your area
- Be fluent in English, and be able to read and write it at a very high standard
- Have Skype
- Have an OD at least twice your points, although some exceptions apply

yes i agree with there just surprised me you went from a rank 90 tribe all the way down to 16 with very few members but probly the best move.
