I get this message and cannot upgrade my buildings... "Building requirements have not been met"
Here are my levels
Village Headquarters (Level 17)
Stable (Level 10)
Workshop (Level 2)
First church (Level 1)
Smithy (Level 15)
Rally point (Level 1)
Statue (Level 1)
Market (Level 10)
Timber camp (Level 14)
Clay pit (Level 14)
Iron mine (Level 14)
Farm (Level 12)
Warehouse (Level 12)
Hiding place (Level 4)
Wall (Level 13)

This problem applies to:
Smithy (Level 15)

my guess is you need to upgrade your farm lvl, or that u have no barracks?..

you need a barracks... if it was farm it would say the farm is too small

I am assuming your barracks recently got catapulted, if not send in a support ticket

You need to make a barracks (which isn't very hard), just confirm your email address (if you haven't already) then you can create a barracks.
