as you all know that world is going to start at 15-17, this means that the world will start in between those times, duh. Well I was wondering if they really put the world up already and it just takes it so long to load or they put it up at 15 and see how long it takes to load, anyone actually know what is going on when they put up a world?

It's 15:00 in a few minutes. I doubt it'll be out by then, I have my bets on 16:00.
