How do I make enemies?

Could someone tell me how to make enemies?

Generally, attack someone.

I mean like get a red dot on their villages on the map.

are you any privs. in your tribe?

Someone of appropriate rank in your tribe has to add them to your enemies list. Note this can only be done for tribes, individual players cannot be marked as enemies unless they have a tribe.

Highlighting a tribe is just markers for convenience.
Just attack anything that isn't blue.
