How important is it to have a good leader?

I think a good leader is one that is able to bring a tribe together. More of an accent then anything else. A leader can make a good group of players great, or a great group of players horrible. It all depends on how respected a leader is, but on the other hand if you don't respect your leader you wouldn't follow him anyways, thus separating your tribe and make you individuals, and not a group.

On the other hand, a leader very rarely turns out to be a God, so even if he is good, if hes leading a bunch of noobs, hes not going to have a fighting chance.

So ultimately i believe the answer is, if either are weak, its going to take a miracle for either side to make up for it.

A good leader is key to success leaders who are quick to hand out promotions are the leaders of tribes which spies infiltrate and can destroy quickly
