the most stupid infraccion I have ever had in my life was because I posted this ------------------------------------------------

Thats something to thing about ,hm...., I can say I agree with you a little that post has apparently no good reason for an infraccion

Well ... I posted a picture which was large (or so I was told) and the reason for it being taken off was because:

"The signature (text or image) may not exceed a height of 60 Pixel or 4 lines of text to ensure comfortable readability. Avatars may not exceed 80x80 Pixels. Animated images and links with referrer-IDs are not allowed."

It wasn't an avatar or a signiature so I was kind of confused ...
