When I look at the remade map thread when I scroll down past the maps people avatars have switched around!

ira cogo shows Rizzlers
p0lts shows ira cogos
Rizzlers shows the neutral smily
the Neutral Smily shows cookies avatar
and cookies avatar shows a compress version of his sig!

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes and you can't have it as a sig so there's no point unless yo have lots of time
