i had this problem as well, only thank god the train has a legit nuke with it or id be raging hard right now
however not having another nuke in front increases the chance of me raging in the near future xD

Try restarting your pc.

This. After that, try the following:
open your command prompt and type in ipconfig /flushdns
That should solve the issue.
