IOU was founded by otiliu in July 2007 to stand against the aggression of SIN.
We are a tribe that is simply tired of dealing with idiots who expect us to follow their example. This is a war game, but we have no time for those who continually lie to us so that they may attain the element of surprise when they attack or betray.
