If your recruiting members who demand council jobs then yes, you are mass recruiting. Council jobs should only be given to people you know and trust, not just some guy who wants em. You even looked at his TW stats yet?

I never said that he will join my side.. I asked him to come at skype and if he deserves then he can join.. And priviledge thing.. I won't give him priviledge at the beginning.. If he is trustworthy then in the future I might..

Khan, pure-fire situation with his pre-made was unlucky so sh about that, i mean i'd rather be in his situation than be in Mafia anyhow.
