can someone explain this to me and how do i caculate how far i can go

Let's take world 133 for an example.
You can view the settings here.
So the max distance that a nobleman can travel is 150 fields.
A field usually takes the nobleman 35 minutes to cross.
150 fields * 35 minutes = 5250 minutes
5250 minutes / 60 min/h = 85,5h
On world 133 the nobleman can travel 85h and 30 minutes in whatever direction you choose.
