have them clear their villages and you noble them, after you've nobled them all have the other player set his account to delete, them give him you're pass word so he can log in and play

§4) Merging of accounts

It is generally allowed for a player to allow one or more other players to take over the accounts villages without a fight, provided that the game rules are followed. Villages still have to be taken over by ennoblement; there is no way to just transfer villages to another account. However, accounts on the same internet connection may not merge. This includes accounts that have previously been played mostly from the same internet connection.

after the other guy sets his account to delete you can share your pass word with him

well if he's not going to play anymore just have him empty his villas and you can noble them

not really you can have him prenoble villas for you so you can take them faster or you can find a new owner for his account if you don't want it nobled out
