Apparently the *KING* declares that if you attack someone, you must get permission from your leadership first. Why would he need permission from me to attack you? You aren't an ally or a NAP. You know how many emails I'd get every day if I required my members to contact me before they launched?

but it is only towards the members of your tribe that attacked me
look i doubt you have the time for these issues, lets form a nap and end this if not i really have to cut my losses...
i know my village can be taken in a matter of hours...but so can a lot of people be informed of it...

I don't feel inclined NAPing with a tribe that thinks that receiving an attack means war. That implies that your tribe is built with sim citiers, and sim citiers make better farms than they do NAPs.
