many folks want to be able to publicly interact, but beyond the moderation of the forums
we want to be able to insult, curse, etc.
but as every 12 year old knows (except topat) there are lines you simply don't cross
racial slurs & gay bashing, for example, have no place anywhere
further, kicking people simply cuz you don't like them also fails to promote the diversity which is the only reason for a world chat to exist
