I hereby declare war on all inactive villages near and far

I shall call it "Operation: Inacti Freedom"

I call, to all my enemies, for a list of they're inactives and just plain dead weight. For who best to rid you of this foul drudge, than those already so good at it.

I beg those that are bored of the mundane task of fine tuning they're tribe's members and getting rid of the "reds"; to deliver to thine greatest foe a list of such swine and rid yourself of much woe.

So come with me, chop off your dead limbs and cast down upon the limbless with a vengeful fury that can only be matched by those with limbs.

if you have more inactives than you can noble then why not call in the experts. You know some one good at nobling you at a quick rate.... someone like...... your enemies.

yeah awesome plan lets all sit back and let our enemies noble our inactives, i mean it's not like they could ever breach our core
