Otori/what external forum

When "otori" split up and turned to "what", they used an external forum. does anyone know what it was called? My wife was in the tribe and she can't remember. Anyway it had a built in noble planner and stuff. I want it for another world. I know these features are finally in game, but i do have a need for an external one. Or maybe you know a suggestion?

I do remember an external called Bloodlines, but I cant for the life of me find it now.
Yes Otori also had one, it wasnt used that much.
