Problem about Scouts in World 34

I have already scouted my village and it doesnt post the informations abut buildings not like in world 28?

what's the problem with this?

It is because in this world there are tech levels.

Level 1 Scouts: Give troop information
Level 2 Scouts: Give building information
Level 3 Scouts: Give troop counts outside the village

Yeah you need to upgrade or get the paladin item..
