Failed Vote Profile Image Size

My idea is to keep the basic size of profile/tribe picture for who want it so small and to make some different upgrades like:

-Digital Camera: 500KB max file size / 504x250 size = 75 Premium Points
-Digital Camera Mark II: 1000KB max file size / 504x250 size = 250 Premium Points
-Digital Camera Mark III: 2000KB max file size / 504x250 size = 350 Premium Points
&
-Tribe Digital Camera: 500KB max file size / 504x250 size = 275 Premium Points
-Tribe Digital Camera Mark II: 1000KB max file size / 504x250 size = 450 Premium Points
-Tribe Digital Camera Mark III: 2000KB max file size / 504x250 size = 650 Premium Points
