Question about Queue times

So if I have an hq level queued up in the buildings queue, when that finishes will all the buildings queued after it have a faster build time? Or would I have to requeue them to get that faster build time. Also what about for troops

It will automatically update if the HQ is i the queue.

Yeah, you can see it if you move the HQ before or after stuff
