i have upgraded the technology of my spears,swordsman. if i re-start the game, will it be the same or it will go to default:lol:

If you restart last I checked it goes back to like a brand new village.

and therefore the answer to your question is that everything will be reset, so your technology will need to be upgraded, again!

Same thing goes when you noble a village that new village must be upgraded on it's own. Unless the previous owner has already done so.
