It says, World 71 will start on Monday the 16th of September at around 10:30. Does that mean normal time or server time?

Question: hi everyone. Pls help. No hauls just mean; we cant farm barbarian villas or we cant take any haul even from other players after their protection is over? If it is so, this world will be just capturing villas world :) wont be any haul success. Can we farm others or not? Pls explain it. I couldnt understand exactly.

Yes, it means what you said. You cannot farm barbarian villages/other players. You can attack, but you will not take resources.

Only on W68, W70, W72, and any further even-numbered worlds can you use the extra premium features.
