A few years back, I smashed into a concrete floor face-first. Without plastic surgery my nose would still be a flat place between my mouth and eyes =P

Yeah, there's some unnecessary plastic surgeries that happen, but 99% of it is actually done for valid reasons.

I dont know about Dave. i got hit by Tropical Storm Bill over in texas. Internet and power has been down and i had to stay with family until it was done.
