Rate the player above you

Thought I'd make one of these. :]

Basically, you rate the player/poster above you, based on:
-Their points
-Their OD.
-Fame/Reputation.
-Game and forum personality.
-Their tribe.

Simple eh? :3
Rate each point out of 20 (20 being the best, of course), so the max rating you can have is 100.

If the player doesn't play W47, you can rate them on other points like Reputation, or previous worlds.

OD: 9/10 - Obviously clearing those that you need to clear but not needlessly wasting troops.
Fame: 10/10 - Who doesn/t know Robi? ;]
G+F Personality: 10/10 - You do my nut in sometimes, but you are a really good guy and extremely fun to talk to
Tribe: 9/10 - Solid tribe, solid leadership and I have a lot of friends in there. Despite my previous "clashes" with them, they have performed well.
