Looks to me like all the attacking you are doing is not really paying off, Must be spending to much time replacing loads of troops that have been killed in action rather than getting the points up.

ODD-2/10 (Relatively low, especially for someone who restarted)
Position-8/10 (Tons of farms, though not too large)
Tribe-4/10 (Looks like it has some potential, but only time will tell if it survives)

Overall-Since you have a superb growth rate after restarting, I gave you 2 extra "points", for ODA, it's a bit high for having never exceeded 1100 points, but it's still very good. For ODD, I tend to think that you should restart when someone clears you, but since you have very low ODD, I think you neglected defensive troops.
