I'd give it a 9.8 except the Monster on the right top corner, ruins it in my opinion :S

Ava - 8 - Matches ur name - Could do with a 2 px border like on your sig.
Sig - 9.5 - Looks good, simple and matches your name.

You should have your background of your Avatar matching the background of your sig possibly? Might match better.
