I don't know, was looking through German stats, but it hasn't got an all world search bar.
Couldn't find that player on any of the recent worlds. And I can't locate the world from that page.

What he should really do is just send noble trains to every village in the round that isn't his and take them all at the same time using overwhelming force, and have a 10mil+ lead when rank 2 has 2 vills.

Just keep rimming them. It's speed. You get nobles super fast with that many villages.
